• 2–3 slices of roasted meatloaf
• 2 slices of fresh bread
• 1 larger pickle
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• (optional) a few rings of red onion

Procedure

Long day, tired, hungry. I’m definitely not going to invent anything. The fridge secures it. What am I going to prepare?

I open the fridge and pull out the essential treasures. Fresh bread – crispy crust, soft crumb. And full-fat mustard, which gives it a kick. Meatloaf? Just to be sliced. Pickles? Oh, yeah, they can’t be missing.

I needn’t heat anything up, prepare anything, ready in two minutes. What’s the best about it? That even though it’s actually really simple, I always enjoy it incredibly much. This is simply a Czech classic that never disappoints.
